Nantene: Greetings! I am Nantene, and I am here!
Louise: Hello Nantene!
Nantene: Oh, you must sing it! [Singing] I am Nantene, and I am here.
Louise: [Singing] Hello Nantene, and I’m here too.
Nantene: [Singing] Hello Louise, we are happy to see you.
Louise: [Singing] I’m so happy you’re here. What a beautiful day!
Nantene: [Singing] We are happy to be here. It is a beautiful day!
Louise: [Singing] Do you like the sage? It’s just for you.
Nantene: [Singing] I like the sage, and I can see through it too. [Laughing]
Oh, so we laugh and we sing. We sing and we laugh. That is a good exercise to do occasionally for yourself, for many reasons. 1) It will make you smile, obviously. 2) It will shift your energy and raise your vibration. 3) It will surprise you and shift you out of your ordinary thinking. So if there is a problem or situation you have been grappling with and you feel that you are stuck, just sing out loud. Start through your thinking and you will find you will be unable to continue – if you really let it flow – in the normal rational thought pattern and you may be surprised at where you end up. Does that make sense?
Louise: Yes!
Nantene: Very good. Very good.
So, today there are many things we could focus on. Music is one, and singing, for they do raise the vibration and they raise and expand your vision beyond normal awareness, beyond normal energy. That is why people from the ancient past forward have always sung and made music. It was not just to pass the time away. It was because they felt uplifted, “lifted up,” and that is the name of the game, really, to lift yourself up and to lift others up. Do that, and there is little else you need to worry about.
And the ancients realized this very quickly – the way it felt and the way it commanded attention, were very powerful. So this kind of activity is not to be feared but revered. This kind of activity – this uplifting of the soul – is greatly needed and called for, in your daily life and in society today. This is the essence of the … oh wild, extraordinary adventures you see on Youtube; the reality shows, the personal videos, people singing and making music; the essence is uplifting.
And there are times when you don’t even realize that you have “sagged,” so to speak, and therefore it is good to assume that a bit of uplifting is called for.
So, when you’re low [singing] sing low. When you’re high, sing high. When you’re in the middle, sing in the middle; then you can sing yourself a riddle.
[Laughing] Oh I could go on.
