There’s a place for gentleness in life, which is so often found in nature but often also in human existence. The action of feeling the sun on your skin, running your fingers through your hair, or taking a gentle breath.
Gentleness is a range of energy and a dynamic that is often overlooked in your society, especially with the pace that you follow these days, and yet it is gentleness that allows you to be aware of and transmit the most delicate of feelings and sensations. Simply the feeling of air moving on your skin has a gentleness to it, and the changing of light, even when your eyes are closed, has a feeling of gentleness to it.
So if you look within and discover that you have been overlooking gentleness, you can immediately correct that situation by gently placing your hand over your heart and gently taking the breath and gently smiling at the marvel that you are.
