Nantene: We would also like to speak of evolution in the sense that it is unfolding, now, constantly, every moment on every level. And you, as human beings, are the only species that you are aware of with the conscious ability to impact evolution, to shape it, to redirect it. And again, this may be done in a positive way or a negative way. But evolution is growth and it is always unfolding; it is never not.
So you would do well as a species to consider that your every action contributes, somehow, to evolution in either a positive or a negative way. It is a matter of what you choose. And, similarly, as an individual, your own evolution is ongoing constantly and all your actions contribute to that unfoldment, in either a positive or negative way. So it will serve you well to consider what you choose. Does this make sense?
Louise: Almost! So when you say that we would do well to consider which actions we choose, what are some examples? Is it the food we eat? Is it the thoughts we think? Is it the jobs we do or create? What kind of things are you talking about?
Nantene: A resounding yes to all of that! Every single action you ever take contributes to your evolution, and that is not to overwhelm you; it is simply to help you be aware of your own contribution, your own consciousness, your own ability to choose in any given moment, what you say, what you think and what you do. It’s all evolution.
Do you have other questions about that?
Louise: Yeah! So, what would be some examples of positive actions and negative actions, both individually and as a species?
Nantene: Well, the most positive action you can take is to honour your spirit, individually. So, I could say that seeking out peace and quiet is a positive action unless it is not what your spirit wants in that moment. Your spirit might want a party, in which case that is the positive action.
When it comes to food, there are things that your spirit might want. Those are the positive things to choose in that moment. There are perhaps certain things that don’t necessarily come from your spirit but might come from biological cravings, and those might not be such positive choices to make, such as more salt.
“You must learn to release and not be controlled by fear.”
As a species, it’s a bit more challenging to honour spirit as a species, but that is the challenge that is in front of you. You are beings that connect. So honouring connection is a positive action you can take that will help you follow your spirit as a species.
Eliminating fear as a species, releasing fear and moving towards joy and what makes you happy would be a positive action. Acting from fear, as a species, hides your connection to spirit and might be considered a negative action. Responding to fear with fear increases the fear. Responding to fear with anger increases the fear. Does that make sense?
Louise: Yeah! We are doing that a lot.
Nantene: It is quite a time for your species. It is a tremendous opportunity for growth and positive evolution. You must learn to release and not be controlled by fear.
